It’s been a pretty good year for games thus far, and Stray is currently up there with Elden Ring and Tunic as being serious contenders for the best the year has to offer.Stray takes the player to a distant future, a cyberpunk world. The world is great to explore, while the game’s overall pacing and mechanics keep you glued until the end.

Stray is a game that you will think about even when you’re not playing it. Forcing players to make organic progress feels like a genuine achievement, and viewing this world through the unique perspective of a cat gives the story considerable more weight. Though short, Stray is a delight of a game to experience.

Use your cat skills to roam around the environment, climb high and low crevasses, descend deeper into the city but remember to protect yourself against the unforeseen threats that inhabit the city from unassuming androids to more menacing creatures. Lost and alone, and without his family, a stray cat must untangle an ancient mystery to escape this long-forgotten city, Stray is a third-person action-adventure game made by BlueTwelve Studio, navigating through the neon-lit alleys of the decaying cybercity including the murky environment of its seedy underbelly.
